2005-09-17 [ArcticTofu]: uhmmm... we have a problem on the story. the gate adress maybe random dial but the coordinates are from every point of the star gate network valid towards earth or any affialiated planet. besides the gate entry hasn´t been using exceptional energy such as a zero point module and thus it couldn´t work. besides the stargate network covers up over dozens of lightyears... they planets and the earth are all in range ^^; sorry to be the smartass...

Super smart, capible of picking up languages in 30 minutes (Daniel, like real people, studied for years) storng, hansome, origainally he was an ethics director... I thought he was by far more annoying then Daniel. (Yes I'm a Daniel fan.)

2005-09-20 [iippo]: Ooh, Lola Rennt is excellent. I didn't get to the end of CTHD and Flying Daggers also just... didn't pay attention or something so I didn't really like them. Aliens are good as is Mononoke. The rest I'll give a peek.

2005-09-20 [iippo]: I'm Finnish actually and usually I like 'foreign' films so it came as a surprise that I didn't enjoy these, but I have found that specific director not to my liking. I really don't understand why, but I find him a bit overrated. Ah well, you can't please all... and at least I gave the films a try to find out for myself (and didn't just say "silly chinese people running around, lets watch Terminato instead" or something) (yes I know it's japanese :P)

We start at the second the random people (the earth team) is spat out on a random planet, which happens to be one called Ridald

2005-09-26 [shadow of darkness]: yeah they all do. but in order to navigate through the stargates you need the origin point, where you come from, like earth. then your point of destination like say Ridald. but there are 6 points between there that you need to navigate through. i'll have to watch the first movie again. he explains it in there

2008-07-21 [Madame Black]: lol! I'm really behind on my stargate.. both of them really. Atlantis is so new I've seen a good majority of the seasons, but I'm missing at least half of SG1. One day, oh one day, I want the complete SG1 set. I really only like Atlantis because of Ronin <3 and the wraiths are freakin cool. I havent seen any but the two original movies
2008-07-21 [shadow of darkness]: you can get SG1 at Best Buy for about 20 bucks a pop, until you get to the last 3 just about. and a heads up season 9 is the most expensive. Dunno why. you'd think the last season, 10, would be the most expensive lol
I never really got into Atlantis though. maybe if I watched more eps I could. But I only watched it when I happened to be unlucky enough for SciFi channel to swap SG1 with Atlantis that week lol
